Making a purchase
I accept all major credit and debit cards & PayPal.

I must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. I will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. My acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in my website. 

 

Personalisation

Please enter your name/wording request in the personalisation box provided.  My technique can be adapted to make more room for lettering but 15 characters is about the right amount.  Please contact me if you require more letters or lettering elsewhere as I can accommodate this.  I use a freehand cursive type script as standard but if you require capital letters or perhaps different characters (such as a little heart), contact me first before ordering.***Please check the spelling you enter as returns are not accepted once your order is stitched.***

 

Delivery
I use Royal Mail delivery services and the standard delivery is 2nd Class, 2-3 working days.  You can upgrade to 1st class, 1-2 working days.  If you are in a rush then please contact me as I can usually dispatch straight away if requested.

Costs by weight:

0-100g (roughly two products) £1.75 
101g-1kg £3

1st Class: 
0-100g (roughly two products) £2.50
101g-1kg £4

 

Delivery times are not guaranteed and at busy times there can be delays.  I do not use tracked services so items cannot be tracked or located by me. Royal Mail provide an excellent service and parcels very rarely go missing.  Please contact me if your item is severely delayed or you think it has gone missing.  If your parcel does not arrive, I will remake and resend the item(s) first class. I aim to dispatch items within 2-3 working days but usually items are dispatched on the same or next working day.  During the run up to Christmas 3 days is more realistic.

Returns

Returns are not accepted for personalised items unless they are found to be faulty.  Please contact me if you have any issues.  If the item is found to be defective, I will replace it on receipt of the original product.  This will be free of charge and your return postage will be refunded.  I am unable to refund or replace products if the item is not returned to me.

Care Instructions

My products are all made from washable fabrics, however I would not recommend putting them in the washing machine as the colours may run and the finish on the applique may degrade.  A light handwash in cold water is advisable if you need to wash the item, but I cannot guarantee that the product will not be damaged in the process. The lavender scented keyrings are not washable.

Cancellation by me
I reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if
1. I have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
2. I do not deliver to your area (outside the UK)
3. If you are unable to make payment with your debit/credit card or your card issuer does not authorise payment.
4. I deem the personalisation you specify as offensive or degrading

If I do cancel your contract, I will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by me from your debit/credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. I will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Invalidity
If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which I exclude my liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
